eating bacon between ur ur breaks when u work out is a great way to bump up ur muscles.i did 150 push ups and i have to do now 350 with weights.awesome.i like weights so much.EDIT:u have no idea about my muscles.im addicted with weights and with bruce lee.i could even break ur bones with one punch.get lost u bothering little fly
ii like bacon PS: no one cares about you doing weights. show off ii bet you can't even do 50 pushups.
