yo agitos how many lifts for ur abs do u do everyday.i do 1000-1500 and i need for that 2-3 hours.since ur a wrestler tell me how many lifts do u do.

outside of wieght training every other day i start of with some stretches then 30 sit ups 30 crunches 30 jackknives 100 reps with a medicine ball or dummbell then i repeat that process till i drop
