i visited CVN 'harry truman''carrier class nimitz today in rodos

i was at rodos and i had a great chance of visiting the uss carrier.usa navy was so friendly with us.it was awesome.90.000 tones.i even sit in an f-18 (and i was talking with mechanics for several hours about the engines.lol)we also ate.they even had a lottery to win a fly with an f-18 at the back sit.but i didnt win too bad.this is my secind time visiting a us carrier.(the first one was near to my house).the nimitz class is 74 meters tall.we were at the bridge and it was so awesome.many ships come to greece to 'relax' from their duty in afghanistan and in iraq.they told us that greece boosts their morale.i asked them why and they said that everytime they come here they feel better and thats why they permit to greek public to visit their carriers.oh man i even see f-18 and awaks taking off.it has 2.500 cabins and its like a small city.for a moment i was siting with my friends and we were looking at the sea while the personell of the carrier was asking uss if we want to see the elevators.we said YES!!(lol)we saw how they were getting rdy the planes.i was so excited that i even asked them so showm e their nukes.(lol i know..)but they didnt let me for that.the carrier is 330 meters long.they told us many details about the ship but they asked us very politely not to tell to anyone.so i think that i better keep that informations secret.oh man..theyll be back in pireaus in 2-3 months.i cant wait to visit them again.their carriers r better than charles de gaulle.(yes thats a french one that came in greece at 2008 in pireas i also visited it and it was good but i like more uss carriers)
