Yes why not. But should think that do you want to keep it for the rest of your life. And by the way if I am going to take tattoo, it would be kanji to because kanjis are cool.
For me personally, i don't really like tattoos but if you want then go have it. One tip if your going to get a tattoo, be careful where you get your tattoo my brother said if your not careful, you can contract disease or somthing with a dirty needle.
Well I was talking with some friends at school today and we were talking about tattoos and well I wanted to get a kanji tattoo that symbolises something I believe in (eg. honour) but it would also be something small and somewhere like on my wrist or ankle. Is it a good idea or not????? Edit: Yes I would want it for the rest of my life. One of the reasons why I want to get a tattoo is because when I grow older I don't want to change my beliefs so I was thinking if I get them engraved on my skin then I hope they won't change (all my beliefs are good - I think)
I have never gotten a tattoo, so I don't know what you would gain from it but personally, I feel that getting a tattoo is useless and a waste of money.
If you get a tattoo you will not only have a chance of getting infections from dodgy equipment but it is also very expensive to remove it. Please, if you have to have a tattoo make sure it is in black. It is the cheapest to remove. Also please don't get tattoos of your girlfriends name or whatever because if you break up you don't want that on your skin :)
ive been wanting to get a tattoo for ages but whenever i think of getting one ill be like "do i want this 40 years down the line" and then i dont feel like getting one anymore...dang why did my mother have good parenting that stuck in my head....i want a tattoo T_T
