i hate fat people cause.they are fat and they think that its not their fault and then they feel depressed and sad.if you are fat and you dont like your self.stop hating others for your condition cause its your own choice beeing fat.so the best you have to do is to reduce the amount of food you eat.discipline is nice.and i dont like persons with no discipline who cannot control their selves.

back in my younger days I was fat..now I'm not due to excercise and weight lifting , pushups , 1 arm pullups , situps..still got little body fat though...I'm gonna be eating more habanero & jalapenos to get rid of it.
