I meet bullies yes, in Singapore there's quite a number of them, always get bully but I move on, ignoring them all the time, never cried once, but when the weak one try to bully me, I punch him once and he run like a chicken, im thin like hell too (the reason im a target), the bully in my school is too hard to get rid of, worse is they had a gang, but even then they get bored of me and leave me alone.
